2.Use Protocol
1)Open the crown: Taking X-ray film before operation, dissecting shape of root canal, evaluating working length, open the crown to establish straight pathway for dental treatment.
2)Smooth the root canal: Using 10# K file directly determination the root length if it could, and then preparation to WL smoothly with 15# hand file .
3)Root canal preparation: After flushing the canal with sodium hypochlorite, use EDTA to preparation:
Using Mono2 File preparation of 2/3 canal apical narrow area, slightly pull up and down. After that exploration by using 10# K file.
Using Mono2 File preparation of 3mm part apical narrow area, without pressure, then explore by using of 10# K file.

Instrumental dynamics TS1 and TS2
Progressive movement in three waves (3 up-and-down movements) with upward circumferential filing movement.
Insert the rotating instrument into the root canal until a resistance can be felt.
Perform a circumferential brushing movement when feeling the resistance in order to eliminate the primary constraints.
Remove the file from the root canal, clean the grooves and irrigate the root canal. Then continue the progressive downward movement.
