1) After access preparation, verify the patency of the root canal by a small hand file(#8 or#10).
2) Use an orifice opener to expand the coronal half of the root canal.
3) Measure the working length with an apex locator and conduct the preflaration till #15 hand file can be applied.
4) Using Endostep #15 by the crown down technique (300-350 rpm)
